After a solid 2 years of providing exceptional service to the North Kent area, it has been a natural progression for Virotti to move into the City and West End, where a number of HNWI's and other clients have expressed an interest in working with Virotti.
Kensington will be the base for the London area and will be headed up by Managing Director, Mark Salter who is excited about the new area for Virotti. Mark said "The timing is right for Virotti to expand into this area, as we have established ourselves as the Agency to trust, for both service and discretion for our valued contacts, and the feedback has been that our service levels were required in the City".
The Head Office based in North Kent will take on the out of hours role for the City which streamlines the cost for organizing any emergency works by the local London based contractors and provides a dedicated, genuine 24 hr emergency contact for our clients.
The City & West End location will offer a full range of Property services including Sales, Rentals & Property Management directly and a bespoke Property Sourcing service for our Rental Landlords, as well as Mortgage and other property related services via our trusted partner companies.
